   I honestly can’t say enough about how good this place is compared to other high-street, high-end jewellers. It’s refreshing to support a small business and receive truly personal service — emails were responded to within minutes! The service was absolutely amazing from start to finish. I ordered a beautiful diamond ring, which was resized and shipped the same day. It arrived the very next day and it’s absolutely perfect. It’s so lovely to find a real jeweler who cares about quality and customer experience. Highly recommended!

   Superb jewellers, I highly recommend! I went in to simply enquire about having my engagement ring resized, and despite not being in a rush to have it done, I was so impressed with the quality of the customer service I left it with them that day. Just over a week later my partner collected my ring, now fitting perfectly and looking flawless! While in the shop enquiring about resizing, the jeweller also kindly reshaped my family signet ring (now a circle and no longer a square!). The excellent customer care coupled with the quick turn around makes this a no brainer for your jewellery resizing, repairs or shopping. Thank you Montpellier!

   Would highly recommend. Placed an online order and asked fit it to be sent on my return from holiday. Followed instructions to the letter and it arrived exactly when they said it would.    Great service! I bought a nice necklace some 5 years ago. It acquired a “kink” in the chain, so I took it in. Before I sat down, Barry had remembered my name. Amazing. At 4.45 he sat with his eyeglass, as I had done, trying to fix it. He gave up in the end, as I had done, but said he would get his jeweller to look at it. Two days later, I got a call to tell me it was done, and ready. I picked it up - no charge - just the same smile and chuckle. This was a really nice, slightly old fashioned service level that I see so rarely now. Well done Barry. This job was a joy and not a chore, and my wife was delighted. Good job!!!

   After enquiring with several jewelers in town I called Montpellier about polishing and re-rhodium plating 5 rings. They turned them round quickly, not charging the earth and did a fantastic job, we will now be taking them there every time in the future.

   Very arrogant. Tried them out of convience to my regular jewellers and would never come back. Dismissive and snooty for an establishment that doesn't hold that much class itself in many regards eg the appearance of staff and communication skills. Plays on the 'Montpellier' name. I'd never go back.
