I have it in an email my delivery was due this morning, I waited all morning but this delivery didn’t happen. The Royal Mail sent the email, who slipped up???
Opening hours unrealistic for people who work. More effort should be made to leave parcels in safe place as other companies do very successfully. Royal Mail are too unreliable and not sure why any company still uses them
Awful parking along the street, very small.area for people to queue to collect their packages. But on the plus side the staff are friendly and helpful.
Staff are great but the opening hours are really awful. How are you meant to collect anything if it's only open from 8-10am? No wonder everyone is starting to avoid royal mail
Feeling safe is important nowadays, we live in a world of constant stress and anxiety. Where I live, at the back of my house is the Royal Mail sorting office Saint Luke’s way. Frodsham Since I moved in they have been accommodating by keeping a space outside my gate so that I can park. There have been times when I was in distress and some members have been kind and helped me. They have a difficult job and have a very early start helping to keep us continuously informed with our letters and parcels. Thank you for your kindness and support. Kindest Regards Neighbour
Please note that the opening times on the door are misleading. Always check the official Royal Mail site. Apart from that, great friendly guys and efficient service.
Went to drop off a parcel today at the time specified on the depot website 12:00-14:00. On arrival there was a notice on the door saying the opening times are 08:00-10:00. Spoke to an employee in the sorting room and I explained what I had attended the depot for and was told there was no one available to process my parcel, surely it was not that difficult to scan a label on a parcel! Told to come back tomorrow during the newly published opening times. Surely if you alter your opening times you alter the times on your website to avoid a wasted journey. Very poor customer service.
