The young lady who took my parcels was a brsth of fresh air. Polite, Happy, Constantly Smiling. She actually brightened my day.

AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!! Received a card through the letterbox after the driver failed to knock even though I was home. By default and most likely to avoid them taking it off the van, a 2nd delivery was attempted the following day. I was home until lunch time but couldn't wait any longer so missed the 2nd attempt which allegedly arrived in the early afternoon. Despite this, the terms on their website don't permit re-scheduled deliveries within 48 hours of the original attempt, so regardless of their 2nd effort, the earliest I could have had the package delivered would have been after the weekend on the Monday. UNFORTUNATELY, and this is the crux of the matter, the tracking on the card only works on the ParcelForce website to track the item, booking a re-delivery is now via the RoyalMail website and where the reference isn't recognised! To date I have requested 2 re-deliveries online (leaving the reference block blank), and as these never came to fruition I then spent a total of 1.5hrs on the phone (1hr 20 on hold), to speak to an operator who gave me firm assurances the parcel would be delivered today - a full 7 days after the original attempt. I have now taken a day off work and typing this as I am on hold for a 2nd time (currently at 1hr and counting), as it is nearly 3pm and the tracking on the website still says at the Depot and not out for delivery. Had the parcel been delivered today, they may just about have salvaged neutral review, but as I am currently left in limbo, with no suitable dates to re-deliver it looks like I will have the cost and inconvenience of driving to Shrewsbury to collect with no guarantees the package will be available when I arrive. Shrewsbury is best part of a 2hr round trip and crosses two counties from where I live. It also costs about £15 in fuel to get there. I will update this review once the matter is concluded but as I am currently in limbo and on the receipt of such abysmal service in person, online and via telephone it's a thoroughly deserved ZERO STARS* AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! For what it's worth I typically ship via Evri and have experienced about a 1 in 500 failure rate. I've only had dealings (items received) three times with Parcelforce this year and the failure rate is currently 1 in 3.

Received a letter to say custom charge due. Paid it and arranged delivery for 16/8/25. Checked the tracking at 5pm and it states I need to pay customs charge. Doesn't look like my parcel is coming today so will have to phone yet again Monday morning to see what is going on. Will have to wait for another 40 mins for someone to answer, shambolic service, annoyed as I have waited in all day.

Clearly not the sharpest tool in the box. They issued a customs invoice by printing it as a physical letter (in today's digital age) then waited nine days for it to be delivered by Royal Mail. The letter states the item will be held for 20 days from the print date, yet it took nine days for the letter to arrive to me. In contrast, competitors like FedEx provide immediate electronic notifications (via email and text), allowing for instant customs payment, environmentally-friendly approach (saves paper, saves ink, saves time), and next-day delivery. It’s clear that leadership at Parcelforce has little understanding of the importance of speed and efficiency. At this rate, it wouldn’t be surprising if the company fades into oblivion soon.

Paid custom charges immediately and showing on the website as paid, arranged a redelivery, and then 10 days later, no parcel delivered. Tracking not updated either. Tried to ring, and was left waiting for 92 minutes (yes 92!) And then got hung up on. Useless

Shocking service, 2 days on the bounce didn't even bother to come to my house, making evri look competent by comparison

This place is an absolute joke, ask them to deliver to a local post office, as they couldn't find the address, they then took the parcel back to the depot. So chased next day and asked them for a redelivery to the post office next day, still not there!

Not the best! They said they'd tried to deliver a parcel, but didn't even walk down my drive. Then asked for the parcel to be redelivered, this time the lad looked at the ring door bell knocked on the door left a note and took the parcel away. I have a ring door bell as my wife is disabled and take some time to get to the door. Wouldn't recommend from my experience.

Aaron Barnes, pull your finger out or quit... mid 90s PFW was ok..... you're company is now properly bog awful, your staff are trying to work in a system designed from, what it seems, something excreted by oxygen deprived mudskippers, but less energetic, intelligent and attractive than the ones presented by Sir David Attenborough. Spend some money, poach an executive amazon employee or two, I'm not saying they are perfect, far from it, however compared to them you are Yodal.
