    AVOID THIS SHOP. They didn't accept my parcel, which was packed inside 3 bags, even thought this is supposed to be a packageless parcel shop. They had other parcels in the collection bag packed in a single bag but yet, they refused to take mine. Attendant was very unfriendly and obstructive and didn't even allow me to reprint label that had come half printed.

    Changing what parcels can be sent to suit their needs. No policy or size comparison available, just what they think is too big. Disgraceful customer service and they get aggressive when questioned about their supposed new policy
