As a relatively new user to Xero, I was a bit daunted by the various features and was having trouble reconciling my transactions, read y to submit my tax return. I reached out to Scott, having found his details via a Google search and he walked me through the various issues that I was having and also suggested some changes to my setup that I hadn't even realised were wrong! As a result of engaging Scott, my Xero is now in much better shape and I was particularly pleased that Scott followed up our session n to check that everything was ok and to ask if I needed nay further assistance.
