   Fantastic staff and service, I took my elderly neighbours bracelet in which had a snapped chain and they looked at it and fixed it straight away. My neighbour was thrilled to have it back working again and sends her thanks. Reliable and trustworthy jewellers, highly recommend!

   Took a chain for repair as well as a watch to get a replacement button, the chain was fine but they didn’t flatten out bends in the chain as they said they would but that’s not a big deal. The watch they had me waiting 6 weeks just to get an official estimate for one button which they originally estimated at £50. After me calling them multiple times to chase it up they got back to me with an estimate for the single button being £170 and it would take an additional 6-8 weeks to be ready, then asking for my watch back it could take another 2 weeks just to get it back, poor service overall

   Good local jeweller. Did a small repair on my watch at a small cost and quickly Had I taken it to a large chain jeweller, I'm sure I would have been told I needed a watch maintenance and clean and be without it for at least a week, and at a large cost. The staff of two ladies were friendly and helpful.

   Needed a few links from a watch strap removed. This was done as always very well for a very decent price. When I realiased I had no compensated right and asked for a link of the strap added later that day I returned. The adjjustment was done without question immediately This is why people keep returning.
