Complete Mess from the start! I needed to send trainers back to JD Sport, so went on there site and paid £2.50 for return through hermes. They were to e-mail a QR code then for me to take to parcel shop. I was sent the wrong code, e-mailed again to be ignored. Lacking In Customer Service 100%. This company also leaves parcels on the door step, with out a card when they leave it with strangers.
