   I would have left 0 stars if I could. I wasn’t home when they came to deliver my parcel so I found their card, which is understandable, because the parcel is to sign for. However, on the little card was mentioned that they would try delivering it on the next day and I’ve been at home all day studying for my exams but no one came. It is now the third day, and I thought I’d come to pick it up myself. Guess what? The gate is closed, the locker is on, there’s no one here, while google says otherwise(supposedly they should have been open on Thursdays between 16 and 19). Very unreliable royal mail, you wasted my time. Updating the stupid operating hours on google to at least match the 2 hours you are open would have saved me the time I could use for something actually useful.

   Package was placed here due to building work happening at it's intended destination. The staff are really friendly people. My only gripe with this place is the opening hours which are really bad.

   25/06/20 Recieved a 'Failed Delivery' slip. Slip states collect in 24 hours if it is an essential item only. Checked online, Delivery Office open till 13:00. Arrive at Delivery Office 08.50 ... Small sign on gate states now only open 07:00 to 09:00 but building is locked and closed. Why tell me I can collect my essential item, then reduce opening hours with no notice on either 'Failed Delivery Slip' or online AND THEN close 10 minutes earlier than stated on the gate?

   Called them on the phone to ask whether and when they would be delivering my parcel as it had gone there rather than my usual delivery office (i live in Wallasey/New Brighton) and the gentleman on the phone couldn't care less about anything. From what i could piece together from what he was saying, the answer is no. It would be going back to Chester in order to go to the Wallasey delivery office. Which is all well and good but the person i spoke to was incredibly condescending and abrupt. I'm really sorry i don't know the intricicies of the postal system mate, i work in the medical field so have bigger things to occupy my time.
