   Sick of waiting for Mail still had none over a week I am left with out any money as I am waiting on my bank card and I have kids not able to buy food called 3 times and got told because of Christmas no don’t believe that in the summer you lost my sons and daughters passports and birth certificate and took the driver over a week to say any I am sick of this I lost out on a holiday cause your staff can not do there job I have sick kids who need medication oh and can not for get try picking the phone up to head office I am goin now you have lost 3 weeks worth of Mail 3 checks and now me and my kids hqve no Christmas thanks to you oh and my bank cards so I am not able to get any type of money you will be getting investigated now as I have gone higher up

   I can understand that sorting mail then walking around with it whatever the weather can be tedious & hard work but it's your job & people usually do their job to the best of their ability, & I know Royal Mail workers get a decent wage. I'm always getting post intended for neighbours, sometimes for other streets, sometimes even intended for complete other areas of the peninsula & our mail often doesn't get to us at all but online it says delivered, Yeah but not to us! The delivery office is hardly ever open, I'd have given 1* but when you do your job right you do it well, shame that that's not a constant thing, 2*.

   WHAT TIMES ARE YOU OPEN!!! Do you just go "ah that's enough for today" and of you pop home. Wish I could do that. How do I collect a parcel from you if I work 9 to 6 every day (because that's the hours I am contractually obligated to do) if its like a lucky dip if your open or not?

   Really annoyed, went to pick my parcel up, but the office was closed. Spoke to a member of staff, they said its only open for a limited period per day. That's not a problem at all, but why dont you let the public know, by printing it on the collection card that you put through my door. So I travelled 10 miles there and back, for a complete waste of time. I really dont know why anyone uses royal mail parcel service, its terrible, how are you still in business ?????

   Left a card saying couldn't deliver parcel due to signature required. Took card to sorting office to collect only for them not to recognise the tracking number on the card and they cant find package. They always delivering someone else's mail to me and Mine to neighbours. Think they should send their postmen to specsavers

   Why they bother listing a phone number is beyond me, because they wont answer it, Although when you manage to call in person at the office, (after finding nowhere to park) they do show slight signs of being helpful, but it really is pot luck as to who you get to help, and even then don't expect any result. The postal service has gone to pot, not only with packages not being delivered or going missing, to being delivered to the wrong house in a totally different road, this has got to be down to the delivery man being dyslexic as a printed address on an official letter is pretty hard to mistake.
