    Just been to get a parcel. Website said open 8am on Wednesday. When i got there sign says closed on Wednesday. They need to update there website. Ok i know covid upset delivery but that doesn't stop someone update the website. A waste of petrol and time.Iv got a lovely postman i wouldnt say a word about.But i think the office should be more considered to people who need to pick up parcel's

    Website says open till 2pm. Got there at 1.30 and a sign on the door says closed at 11. Make up your mind and update your website so we don’t make unnecessary journeys.

    I was given a tracking number for a parcel, and told it would be delivered by 3pm today (16/7/2019), but it never arrived, which means I had to rearrange an engineer appointment, costing me £25 which I can't afford at this present moment, all because a postal worker didn't bring the parcel a few yards up the road. Shame on you royal mail.
