As a start up business 6 years ago I was recommended to Hirst's by a friend who had been with them for many years and found them to be efficient thorough and helpfull. I cannot dispute any of the above as that has been our experience too. Mike is always on hand to give advice either on the phone or to just drop in and can't commend them highly enough for the work they have done for us over the years.....mind you we do pay our bill on time every time! The previous reviews bare no resemblance to our experience.
Very Poor service, Roger never comes back to you, mike is abrupt and offensive, I had penaltys to pay for late submissions, even though they had had the books for 11 months prior, speak to maxine if you must, but I would AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
