Probably alright if you are a plumber or electrician But getting to a certain size complete breakdown of communication Took us off our hr linked app for payroll with no notice. Left one of our xero accounts unreconciled for 3 months with many uploaded to the wrong account And managed to double claim VAT (yet ex hmrc inspector…) which had to be rectified by new bookkeeper I would scrutinise thoroughly before entering into their services as communication about their capacity of service level does not seem to be forthcoming.
