   I used to come here every 3 weeks, but I can no longer justify spending so much money here. Unfortunately, it seems to have become some kind of training place for new nail techs who take a long time to do a poor job on your nails, but you are of course still charged the same price. The staff also sit and joke about you in their language between themselves which is very unprofessional and unkind. They must think their customers are stupid as they do it quite blatantly too.

   If I could leave 0 stars I would. I've used this salon twice hoping my first experience was a one off. However, it was worse. The first time I went in the male nail person was rude. He told me he had shops all over liverpool and didnt need the business. The quality of the nails was good enough, but not the best I've had. My second visit was for nails and eyebrows. I was left waiting for approx 40 mins and when i asked how long they would be they kept saying 5 minutes...when i tried to leave they told me she was coming now and i shouldn't leave because id disturbed her. When she did come she was tutting and really rude and rough. then doing my eyebrows she was on the phone. i will never return here again.

   I was with my friend and she was getting her nails done i’m writing this review on behalf of her as i believe the service was disgusting. We walked in and she was seated immediately and put the plastic tips on, however the nail tech then got up and left her there for over an hour without saying anything. 4 other supposed staff members were stood lurking over the customers without actually doing anything when they could’ve easily seen to my friend. Meanwhile every other person who came in after her was served and nearly finished by the time she actually got seen to. We even asked them to do her nails multiple times in a polite manner yet they still proceeded to work on the other customers nails instead. Do not recommend this place, it was unhygienic and the service was absolutely shocking and unprofessional.

   Walked in for two sets acrylic, was seated straight away, some small delay whilst different staff did certain steps of the nails. Salon got busy, all I would say if you are in a hurry book a salon with a specific time, if you are happy for slight delays give them a try, really pleased with end result

   Came here with my mum and the whole time the employees were coughing and spluttering. Yes they have masks on but they don’t stop germs spreading, all of them seem to be sick and just coughing right in your direction. Not pleased.

   Cut my nails when I asked them no to, and cut them so short there was barely any point putting polish on them. Cut me with the cuticle trimmer, used his own fingernail to push back my cuticles. Would not recommend.

   I attend the nail shop on Saturday with a friend of mine after an awful visit to the nail express place. My friend and I had our nails done at nail express and needless to say we left extremely upset as they not only butchered our nails but or skin also. I promised my friend nails and was not about to leave her in the state she was left in at the nail shop so we went over to this absolute wonderful place, not only was the building lovely but the staff (family) in there were beyond amazing. They understood the stress the last visit had caused and went above and beyond to ensure that both my friends and my nails were perfect. All the while we felt extremely welcomed listened to and we had a laugh and mettheir beautiful children. We will never be visiting another nail shop again other than this wonderful company. Thank you so much for everything you did ❤️

   I got French tip acrylics for £35 and the service was incredible. The woman who did my nails took such care she even filed underneath my nails! 100% would recommend!
