   PLEASE NOTE THIS STORE IS NOW CLOSED! I’ve just spent 2 hours getting across London in the heat, at 8 months pregnant to return some items and check sizing of items that I got delivered to home, to arrive and see a notice on the door. Upset and cross doesn’t come close to how I was feeling at this point. It is not open as advertised on google! Such a shame because their clothes are lovely, but their details need changing on here to prevent others doing the exact same thing as me!

   Bought the 'Valina' jacket. Very poor fabric quality. I wore the jacket for just one winter and paid over £200 for it. The green color has faded even though I washed it only once and dried it inside out to prevent any damage (see photos). This can only mean one thing: the fabric quality is terrible. Don’t waste your money.

   Amazing store! Truly a gem. I've been struggling to find a store in the UK and the Netherlands for maternity work trousers and jeans! It seems that most clothing stores have now moved online, which can be very hit and miss to get the right size/length/quality and I didn't trust going down that rabbit hole. The only other store that has a physical selection is H&M which stocks a very very small selection of maternity clothes which don't really fit me very well (I am short/petite and the sizes simply don't fit well and selection is too small!). After some googling I found this store, and it was great! The staff were lovely and super helpful. Patient and helped find the right size and style you are looking for. They also have a huge stock (both in store and online). And they even have sizes for petite, regular and tall! After trying multiple stores and several H&M stores with little success, I found Seraphine where I found everything I needed. I bought 3 pairs of trousers that were perfect in style, size and length and should last me for my whole pregnancy! They even let me try on a pad to simulate me at 9 months and walk around and sit to see if the trousers still felt comfortable (they did!). Highly recommend this store!!

   Quality, sizing and fit is great. I also had a returns issues with Royal Mail which Seraphine customer services sorted out immediately. Would highly recommend out of all the maternity brands I’ve tried!

   Such a lovely shop of maternity clothes! I was slightly overwhelmed with finding stylish and good quality clothes so put it off for a while, and now only wish I would have come here sooner. They have beautiful, stylish trousers that fit so well and are very good quality, as well as some nice dresses. The only issue was that they were out of many sizes in store so I managed to grab what they had and ordered the others online. The sales assistant was very kind and helpful. So happy I gave this shop a try !

   Went into the Kensington high street store yesterday. And I bought two items; the Khake parka jacket and a layered nursing vest. When I got home I unpack the bag. Only to find it just had the parka jacket in it. I have tried to calling the store all morning. And no one is picking up. It seems like I’m going to have travel across London just to sort this mess out.

   The store has the most amazing maternity clothes. Everything I've bought from the store has been super comfortable and very stylish :) Don't buy leggings from anywhere else. The Seraphine ones are the most comfortable ones! I'd like to highlight that the store on High Street Kensington has been particularly helpful! I've ordered online a dress for the civil ceremony that my partner and I will have (only brand I could actually find a suitable dress for the occasion). When the dress arrived there were some dirty spots, which would require me to send it back and then receive a replacement. Unfortunately as the ceremony is happening in a few days that would not give enough time for me to receive the dress. I called the store to see if I can get the dress from there. Their policy is to send it back and receive a new one over the mail. The lady at the store understood though my situation and went beyond and above to help. She found a solution as an exception and allowed me to get a new dress from the store and return the one with the dirty spots even though it would be problematic for her to return back as the online and the in-store systems are different. Thank you so much for the help! I really appreciate it :) :) :)
