come here regularly to get my nails done but this specific trip was just outstanding. came out with the most FLAWLESS ombré and chrome acrylics - i’m so happy with them; thank you so much

I had a gel manicure and pedicure during a visit from America, and was blown away by the pedicure especially!! They took what felt like an inch of dead skin and worked on my feet so long they felt and looked divine. They’re also kid friendly and did my 8 year old daughter’s nails for free! Looking forward to returning when I’m next in the UK.
It all depends on who does your nails. The lady is great and very neat. But if you get one of the less experienced nail techs, you will not get perfect nails. I did not realise how messy my nails were until I left. They are overfiled underneath, my cuticles have been flooded with acrylic, so they will lift at the bottom. They also use BASE COAT as TOP COAT here, it's happened to me more than once but my nails took so long, I just wanted to get out. This makes your nails look bubbly, weird and dull. My french tips are really messy and very uneven when comparing hands. I understand everyone has to start somewhere, I am training to do nails myself, but the customer is charged the same exact price for a worse job that takes much longer.
I popped in without an appointment for a last minute set of acrylic nails. The staff were lovely and the young man sticking the tips on my nails was very funny and made me feel comfortable. I haven't had my nails done in years and was dubious about having acrylics as some places file the skin around the nail, leaving it sore/cut. This place didn't do that and I couldn't have been any happier with my nails! The gentleman did a fantastic job and when I explained that I was on a tight time limit, he worked quickly and efficiently. I would definitely go back again without a doubt!
