The shop owner denied having my parcel, saying he doesn’t collect them. When I went back with proof, he gave me it. I didn’t realise my parcel was split in to two, so went back for the other one. The man became very aggressive in tone, saying that he doesn’t have it as when the delivery driver dropped them off, he came back and took one of them back with him. He is lying and refusing to give me my parcel.
