   Our company enlisted ISA for last minute emergency night cover for over two weeks. The office and security staff were professional and timely.    As General Manager of the Copthorne Hotel Merry Hill-Dudley we use ISA support services to provide door supervision services for our event operations and have always found them to provide a professional service. Last weekend we used ISA to support us whilst we hosted the Italian men's football team and again they excelled. Thanks to Shaf, Azar and the rest of the team who worked with us over the weekend.

   Been with the agency for nearly 5 years and at the start the connection became excellent and expert earlier than their managing director SHAFF determined to put his family and near pals In managing positions who've without a doubt no idea what they’re doing as they don't have any previous experience in that function. Even the manage room operators are rude. The previous CR team was cooperative and supportive whereas the group they have got now is very ignorant and genuinely oblivious to what’s occurring. Once again I trust all that modified due to the fact Mr SHAFF right here determined to put one among his family participants in there. Don’t permit those different 5* reviews as as most of them are written with the aid of their workforce/family and friends. Even being with the organisation for nearly 5 years you must still pay in your personal badge renewal (almost each other organization does it for you except ISA). They’re regulations are changing on each day basis. One day you’ll be required to wear smart shoes and blazer where as on the following day you’ll be required to put on protection boots and hi viz which once more your have to provide for yourself because it’s now not furnished by means of them. Honestly sunny in case you’re reading this you want to make a few large changes as those people are riding your organisation into the floor and taking you with them. The requirements of this enterprise have dropped so much over the past few years that’s you nearly experience awful for them.
