   This company is even worse than EVRI. They don't knock, they don't post the redelivery card, their office is open just 2 hours a day and for some reason they always seem to go and try to deliver to the wrong house. I'm not using Royal Mail ever again, and I'll make sure to tell my providers to avoid it like the plague.

   If an Amazon parcel arrives late or doesn't arrive at all, it always turns out to be a royal mail delivery. When wondering why things go missing, I am reminded of the frequent arrival of letters at my house which should have been delivered to totally different postcodes. Today, my son's birthday card was found on the pavement outside our house. Obviously the postman accidentally dropped it and didn't realise. Could happen to any of us, and it is just the straw that broke the camel's back. My real gripe is with their sorting office, cos that has to be responsible for the wrong delivery to totally different postcodes.

   Absolute joke! A very important parcel, sent by special delivery. Two attempts of delivery... to the wrong house!! Not even the same or similar road name! Special delivery doesn't refer to the drivers mental state! Go to pick up the parcel myself, and the office is only open 2 hours a day! I'll be requesting my suppliers don't send by Royal Mail in future!!

   Poor service and the apps won't cater for your complaint I went in to get a parcel they had it but wouldn't give it to me it was medication I needed they wanted a card but I was not delivered a card to say that they had tried to deliver it I was at home at the time. No one knocked or rang the intercom. They would not accept my photo ID and Bank card. You have to be the sender to get a complaint in plus all sorts of information that you are bound and they know because of all the data they collect it is all used against the customer oh I forgot I am not a customer because I never paid for the postage not that it would make any difference just look at the complaints and claims on the app I bet they won't publish how many people they have dealt with fairly I tell you now its Zero take a look for yourself that's what you will be facing in the event of missing or not received goods and if it happens to be necessary medication its just your hard luck.
