I just had an appointment at Boux Avenue in Merry Hill with Janet and Meg. Really good service, they were so lovely and made me feel comfortable. Would highly recommend :)
I had a wonderful experience, the staff are so kind and friendly. I had a bra fitting with Janet, and was shown different options by Isabel. They were amazingly inclusive to me and my partner and I will definitely reccomend them to anyone who visits.

Staff with bright red hair needs customer service training. Did not actively help me in my search for a bra after asking for a bra fitting. Acting pateonisingly in her tone as if i is supposed to know bras are in draws. She was somewhat helpful but it took her a while to warm up to the job..! Ended up going to Ann Summers and, as usual, received 5* service. I bought my bra from there instead.
Sunday 15th September. Brilliant service. I feel so much more comfortable & look better wearing bras that fit properly. All thanks to the patience of Janet. It wasn't an easy task for her! I did not have a prior appointment. She was busy with other clients. She never-the-less gave me her time and attention & I benefitted from her obvious expertise. No way would I have had a successful shop without her assistance. I now know where to go in the future. Very happy, would definitely recommend. (I have ordered a few more briefs on-line due to the fact I have a blue light card)

I can't express how amazing this place is! Staff are absolutely amazing and helped me when I needed it, I also saw them helping others out with choosing an outfit and helping someone with a fitting, but pricey but it's so worth it
