My mum rang 2 weeks ago, she spoke to a lady who informed my mum to leave it with her as she will get back to her on Monday. No phone call. My mum rang up and spoke to a member of staff called Gavin. Very helpful; he informed us that they would be able to help but the lady that deals with this certain matter is on a cruise for a week but they will be in touch at the beginning of the following week (which is fair enough). Again, no phone call. Had to chase them up again. Gavin informed us the lady was still not in but she will be back tomorrow and they will get back to us. Guess what....no phone call. We've gone elsewhere, as we were sick and tired of chasing them up. Very poor, very unprofessional, and would not recommend.
