    Last Saturday (14-06-25 ), I took a decent donation to scope in Wednesbury. I approached two staff who looked petrified of me and could barely speak. There were staff in the back office having a good old laugh and a chit chat, at no point did any staff member acknowledge me or the donation. On my way out I said "bye" this was met with no response neither a "thank you" for the donation. Another customer pointed this out to me and thanked me herself for the donation. I'm sick and tired of the rudeness of charity shop staff lately, I won't be donating to scope or any of them again.
