   Looking for a new sofa in the Wrexham area, my OH said most of his parents furniture had come from Scotts in Marchwiel, albeit a long time ago. Arriving we were welcomed very warmly by Ben. Showing us the range of sofas they had, nothing was too much trouble. It really was like old fashioned (i.e. fantastic) service. If we need anything else in terms of furniture I'd be straight back to Scotts!

   Incredible service, quality and look. I bought a beautiful up cycle wardrobe with delivery and the gents were amazing so polite even with a messy house they didn’t bat an eyelid hahah, they took it upstairs built it in the room I wanted. The wardrobe itself is so sturdy and strong, it was repainted and paint looks great. Would 100% recommend and looking to buy from them again!

I was greated by the friendly team of staff who went above and beyond to find me the right pieces of furniture at a very reasonable price.    Well this is the forth time I have bee n to Mr j Scott's and they always make you welcome the salesperson, Peter very nice not pushy, and very helpful when needed. The delivery men are very nice, when delivering they make sure they do there job properly and very tidy.

   Avoid their clearance section! I purchased a wardrobe, and 2 sets of drawers for my daughter. They looked fine in the showroom but when they were delivered they were disgusting. I had to give them a good wash down and the colour of the water coming off them was gross. Not what you expect when paying for ‘new’ furniture. They also had an awful smell! The smell on 2 items have subsided but the bedside table has had to go as it was dreadful. Not what you want for a child’s bedroom. I did email J.Scott’s and didn’t even get a response. I feel ripped off and will never purchase from them again.
