   We have insured our cars through APlan now Howden for some years and we have recommended them to many people . we were always very happy with the service we received. However since the change over we feel that the staff don’t seem as knowledgeable of thier products and systems We recently changed one of our cars from a high end 4x4 to a small estate car , The premiums were more expensive for the smaller cheaper car than they were for the 4x4 the costs of changing the car part way through the plan originally levied were high, some persistence by my wife in regard to challenging the costs paid off, while they were reduced remained we felt high, The confidence we had in the call handler wasn’t great they kept having to go off the phone for significant periods to consult thier manager before moving forward. We’re not sure we will be returning to this broker again or recommend them going forward .

   My company has been a customer of A-Plan for a year now. From the moment we have used them it’s Been a great service. I must give a special mention to Graham Walker. Graham has guided us through the process of setting up all our indemnity and liability policies and also our fleet car policy. We had an accident in the car and Graham handled the entire process, kept us up to date and was always on hand to help. Graham has been understanding with recent challenges to our business and has dealt with us with the upmost professionalism and with great consideration. He’s a huge asset to the team and this is pretty much the reason we will only be looking to renew our policies with A-Plan on our forthcoming renewal.    I went on this site during my annual search for car insurance. Even though I didn't complete inputting my details this company started to bombard me with telephone calls which I have now blocked. If this is an indication of how the business operates I would recommend you give this company a very wide berth.

   Graham from the Chester branch has lowered the premiums for my family's property portfolio as well as improving the quality of the insurance. It's not a straightforward portfolio so he had his work cut out. I have recently been through a claim for a burglary for one property where damage was caused, Graham was fast and efficient to act and kept me up to date every step. Couldn't ask for any better.
