   When my 14-year old Beko washing machine broke down on Christmas eve, I called Crush more in hope than expectation, and made an appointment for the first working day after Christmas for Andrew to come and take a look at it. He arrived as arranged, quickly diagnosed the problem and even had the necessary spares in his van to be able to make the repair. His call-out charge was very reasonable and he charged only for the parts he used. I would not hesitate to call Crush again should the need arise. Thank you Andrew. I am delighted.

   Had a fault with our oven due to an electrical outage. Messaged Crush home appliances over the weekend. Prompt reply and came out on the Monday. Said he would contact us half and hour before arriving which he did. Andrew was very present and polite. Quickly identified the problem and replaced the part with one he had in stock. Call out and repair extremely reasonably priced. Would not hesitate to use again and will definitely be recommending to family and friends in need of appliances being fixed. Full 5 stars. Christmas dinner back on the menu!

   Andrew came out twice to sort out my washing machine. Once to diagnose this issue, and then again once parts had arrived to fix. Initial call out was super fast, and a temporary measure was made until the parts came so I could keep using the washing machine with no issues. Andrew is super friendly and chatty, cracks on with it and gets the job done.

   Andy helped us when our built in microwave stopped working. It was an older model and the part needed was discontinued by Bosch. He helped source the correct replacement and fit everything so we are back up and running! Super polite and friendly will definitely be hiring again when needed!

   Excellent service from Crush in changing the door seal on our LG washing machine. I was quoted a very fair price and updated when the required part arrived and was ready to fit. Andy arrived on time as arranged and was very polite, courteous and professional and fitted the new seal, making sure everything was correct and working afterwards.    I rang andrew as my dishwasher was not cleaning properly and he quickly diagnosed the issue ordered the part and came back to fit said part and dishwasher is now back to cleaning the pots and cutlery really pleased with the repair and would definitely recommend to anyone brilliant service
