Highly recommend, Ben always does a great job, he will go out of his way to help, even when I have just turned up without a booking. He does a great job, keeps you updated with what is happening and doesn't charge astronomical prices,like some garages who see a woman coming. If he can't help he will try to advice on someone who can. Great service and blokes.

Today I found myself stranded in Mansfield with a snapped shock absorber on my car and a 40 mile journey home which was looking unlikely. I stumbled across this garage by sheer fluke and had never met Ben (the owner) before. Having explained my desperate situation he said he would do what he could no promises though as it was 1pm and he was going on holiday at 4pm. I was'nt at all hopeful but what could I do in the circumstances, however I need not have worried because 90 minutes later Ben calls me to tell me car is fixed and ready to go. I literally could not believe the effort to get me sorted when I could clearly see he had a lot on already. Here's the kicker though, when I got there the car was fixed with a new shock and top joint but there was NO BILL nothing to pay. Today I recieved a pretty serious medical diagnosis and I happened to tell Ben about it and this is what he did for me in return, a complete stranger. I have no words for the kindness this man showed me today in a desperate hour but it's clear angels do walk amonst us.
Within a couple of hours of enquiring I had a new battery ordered, went down to Ben and the new battery was fitted in less than 10 minutes! Amazing customer service and very good prices, will always be my go to place now! Thanks Ben Hannah
