Lovely staff, Hayley was super helpful and kind. Really handy for dry cleaning and key cutting. Would recommend and will absolutely use these guys again!
I would give minus if it was an option. I got my wedding dress dry cleaned at Timpsons in Ollerton, Nottinghamshire and it came back completely ruined. My dress has been burnt and cut at the bottom, then stitched over to hide their damages. Head office denied all liability and offered my money back as a “good will”. They claim their dry cleaners are “specialist” and everything gets checked over once cleaned which is completely false. I am absolutely appalled at the service I received. Nicole at the Ollerton store even lied to head office about showing me my wedding dress throughly in the shop which is a storage container, so there was simply no room to do this. Denied seeing evidence of this through CCTV. My dress is still stained at the bottom too. AVOID timpsons especially with extremely sentimental items, I am currently seeking legal advice.
Got a key cut. Done in a few minutes. Pleasant assistant who advised me to return if there was any problem with the key. There wasn't. It works well thank you
Took a shoe for a pin pulling out and the new one putting in... Took no time at all and didn't charge me anything... What a breath of fresh air in this day and age where everyone wants to rip you off... Needless to say.. I will certainly take my trade there again... And of course, pay for the services.. Thank you young man amazing service
Wasn't going to write this review but Google keeps hounding me. Visited Timpsons in ollerton after doing some shopping to get my car key fob battery replaced last summer as it was displaying low in car. Bog standard ford key from a MK3 focus but was told I'd need to send the key away to have it replaced as the battery was soldered to the PCB? Never heard of that one so I politely questioned it and the chap checked on his system with my reg and reassured me this was the case. Not sure how I would have got back if that was the case. Returned home and after a little investigation removed the fob cover with a small flat blade screwdriver to reveal a standard watch battery, replaced it and off I went. That was my experience, nothing more nothing less. Cheers

This shop is great , I had some keys cut and shoes healed , the shop assistance was lovely , polite well dressed and talk happily to me while he cut my keys , Shane his name was . Very professional, a credit to the company
Took my daughters I pad in for a screen repair said it would be upto a week was back within 3 days brillant customer service and item was like new thank you again for al your help ☺️
