   My professional indemnity insurance was up for renewal so I contacted Grosvenor to see if they could help. I spoke to Abi initially and she asked me to send my renewal documents for review, I was then sent a quote from David and he gave me two options to choose from, one of which included an extra cyber insurance which I had not thought about. Abi and David kept me updated throughout the process and were both extremely professional, yet engaging at the same time. I felt valued as a customer and feel I made the right decision to switch providers.
