    Took a few weeks to get my car booked in, but from start to finish, excellent service. From picking my car up to returning it a week later, they worked around me! The repair is now as good as new, am delighted. Would highly recommend. *****

    I have recently had my car repaired by FMG , all I can say is they have done an absolutely amazing job!, they have been very professional all the way throughout the process , provided me with a curtesy car, communication was very good , with updates through text messages . When I got my car back it you can’t even tell a tree had fallen onto the car! It was exactly how it had been before the accident happened, I highly recommend them.

    Had my car driven into 4weeks ago, Waiting 3weeks for contact, sent photos to 3different people, ( first to Churchill, then Laura miles and Adam at Fmg) and still waiting for a response, poor company, despicable staff manors and repair service nil, hope the newspapers see my review as I’ll happily talk with them about this dysfunctional company!! Stay away by all means, unless you want a flintsones car as that’s what you’ll receive after!!! Chris mellars

    Would not use myself it was direct lines choice, was told car cameras had to be removed no other garage has ever asked for this, repeatedly asked them to ring an alternate phone number but ignored this changed my number plate that had nothing at all wrong with it just to fit one with their watermark on which I will be replacing tomorrow I will sticking to my usual garages Also as mentioned no bank type payment just outdated pay over phone or pay driver cash

    FMG were appointed by Direct Line to undertake bodywork repairs on my vehicle. The service they provided was very, very good at every stage of the process. Their estimator (Mark ? I think, apologies) was very helpful in explaining what works would be required and how they would be carried out. I also needed some additional bodywork looking at and that was also attended to in a thorough and professional manner whilst ensuring that the costs were affordable. Joanne in Customer Service was excellent. Not once during the time my vehicle was at FMG was I not fully aware of how the works were progressing. She was very helpful and professional. My car was returned to me a day early, the handover was quick and efficient and the vehicle had been cleaned (inside and out)and polished to a very high standard. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending FMG Repair Services Mansfield. Darren Moffatt

    Absolute Rip off! Paid Β£25 for a assessment which consisted of waiting 20 mins while they completed paperwork and took photos then they wouldn’t accept card and I had to do it through a automated phone number and then quoted me over Β£1000 for a few paint scratches and my front headlight being moved back into place! Asked if I would be getting a quote on the day and the staff replied β€œim going home in an hour and I’ve got others to do so it’ll be when I can!” Rude and extortionate!

    Unfortunately; communication and the start of repair to my car; has been wholy unacceptable so far.... its ongoing at the moment; but this is my experience up to now.... my car was sat with parts for 11 days; with no work being started.... I had no updates; I had to ring every otherbday; my messages left with the receptionist were not passed on to receive a call back.... Finally; after 12 days; my car went in to the workshop; only to be told it needed further parts!! So.... as you can imagine; I'm very disappointed and dissatisfied at this moment in time..... I will be continuing to chase this coming week.... 28/02/22.....Will review again when something hopefully positive occurs!!!! I was referred there by my insurance company; who have been amazing, Churchill; but I will be informing them about this repair company.....to be continued.........
