   I have used ETS Sutton in Ashfield several times. Over the Xmas holidays my car developed a noise in one of the front wheels. As ETS were shut on Saturday December 27th, I took the car into one of the few local garages open only to be told that they could not even look at it to diagnose the problem until Jan 6th! I made an appointment at ETS on Monday 29th for later that day, had the car checked over and it was confirmed as safe to drive. Even though they were very busy, a team member spent about half an hour checking the car to make sure all was well and - didn’t even charge me. Great service as usual from ETS! They look after their customers! Great service :)

   Took my car for a full service today. Not the easiest thing for me to do as I am disabled. Lovely receptionist made me welcome and ensured I was comfy. She was very friendly and pleasant. - we even chatted about LEGO while I waited. Would recommend ETS, even when the wrong air filter had been sent, they were right on it with the mechanics getting me one from another branch! 5*

   My first time using ETS and I’m so glad that I did. Took my 50 year old Vw in for tracking and they were so welcoming. The lad who actually carried out the work was so careful with my pride and joy. He even asked me to move the car as he was worried about dirtying the seats…. May not sound like a big deal but other mechanics just dive in with oil on them, wrecking everything in site. Wonderful garage which I will be using for my other cars now.

   Had my MOT done here, reasonable price, knowledgeable staff who actually took the time to explain to me any advisories, even though it was my partner asking the questions as I don't know much about cars! Also have free hot drinks while you wait. They also saw my partner's car as he thought he might have an issue, and as there was no issue they didn't charge a penny, even for their time. Really impressed with the experience and will definitely be returning.

   I love these guys! They are honest, genuine and really nice guys. I know nothing about cars, and I also know these guys will do a cracking job and NOT take advantage of me. They always manage to fit me in on short notice, but luckily I only work 5 minutes away at the hospital. Hugh thumbs up, keep up the good work guys! Very reasonable prices for works done too. Jan 23 Again seen me same day, cracking service, good advice, still a very happy customer.

   Fantastic service given by all staff. I had an appointment and had to reschedule due to a family emergency. The next time I could get was after work and this meant arriving 7 minutes before closing time. Dean said he would do the tyre swop himself so the others could go. I did a fantastic job and really helped me out. Great team!! Thanks a lot guys, highly recommend!!
