    I rang R&B Repairs just over a week ago as my mums oven was tripping all of her power, Chris rang me to say he was on his way this morning to give me chance to get to my mums as mum is a little vulnerable. Chris is a very professional, caring young man that sorted the job out very quickly and we're arranging for him to come back to deal with the extractor fan for us. We both felt very at ease and comfortable with Chris and he explained everything to us. It is very rare these days to find someone that actually turns up when they say they will and on time. We will definitely use Chis again going forward and would be happy to recommend him to anyone wanting appliance repairs. Thank you Chris
