Highly recommended to use this guy. We've used him twice now to fix our washing machine and I'd definitely use him again. Very knowledgeable, very friendly and prices seem reasonable too. He fitted a new pump for something like £50 and he was here well over an hour so his labour charge must be quite low but he is very thorough from what i saw. I think he said he fixes dishwashers but I haven't used him for that
Really lovely bloke, knew what he was doing and great communication throughout. Fixed the issue without needing parts and even fitted some nonslip pads for us. 5 star!
Went above and beyond, fixed my washer but also a leak on it I didn't know about, then noticed that my condenser is the same model that had been recalled so checked that to and luckily it was fine. Great gentleman, professional and friendly.
He came the same day. No fuss in repairing the pump motor, checked the rest of my 13 year old washer and it runs like brand new again. No up selling at all.
I highly recommend this guy, he didn’t even charge us for the call out when we found out that our washing machine was insured. Very nice man and our dog loved him too.
