   Clear communication, information and prices from a very professional and friendly team. I’ve had my boilers annual service carried out by felix, who took the time to discuss the boiler and most efficient temperatures for the CH and water. I’ve since had a basin and toilet removed by Martin, everything was left sealed and he very kindly carried them outside to the back of the drive. The price I was quoted was reduced as it hadn’t taken as long, which was very much appreciated. Lovely experience with engineers who both seemed very happy in their work and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

   Excellent timing from start to finish. I contacted Highfield Plumbing and Heating because I wanted to try a different engineer this year — I wasn’t fully confident that everything had been completed properly last time. Martin arrived promptly, completed the full service thoroughly, and the whole job was done within about 15 minutes. He explained everything clearly and issued the certificate on the spot. I’m very pleased with the service and can strongly recommend Highfield Plumbing and Heating for their professionalism, efficiency, and clear communication.

   Would highly recommend this company. Boiler had been dripping water after every time it finished and other companies had told me to just get a whole new system. Got in touch with Highfield and they came out and replaced the broken part and serviced it at a fair price as well. He also fixed a valve that had blown on the upstairs cylinder and again at a fair price. Couldn’t do enough for me. Never once pushed more work then needed on me. Won’t be going anywhere else now

   We called Craig after our boiler broke and left us with no heating or hot water. As a vulnerable customer he came out the same night (Friday) and fixed it to ensure we had the heating over the weekend. He didn't charge for the callout and he returned the following week, as agreed, and due to all the boiler problems, both him and Kieran installed a new one for us. They were both professional and completed the work with a great caring attitude. They also cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. I would definitely recommend Highfield and will use their services again, should the need arise.
