   I had a great experience with Jacob Spencer - calm, understanding and professional. He went through different quotes in detail trying to get the best deal for me. They are available in the evenings as well which is great. I have not insured with them yet as unfortunately tied in with my previous insurer, but will consider in the future as I appreciate the service I received so far.

   I have a car dealer, and I took out Insurance with granite underwriting. The terms and conditions state that cars needed to be and Taken off the policy within 24 hours. My invoices show the dates that the transaction happened, however is not the date that the customer collected the vehicle. For this reason because the dates didn’t match up on the invoice. They canceled my insurance. I have no accident no claims. I’m a VAT registered business. Absolute inconsiderate behavior from this company. I do not recommend.

   Utterly appalling company.. I have 3 payments left and can’t wait to leave this awful company.. if you have any sense and unfortunately I didn’t look this company up at first ( massive mistake ) you will 100% swerve this company

   What a scam made me pay 10 monthly instalments of £500 and the next 2 month I was meant to pay nothing as it was a year finance agreement. As soon as I paid my last payment they cancelled my policy just before Christmas leaving me with 7 days to get a new policy. AVOID THIS COMPANY

   Absolutely outraged with the service and the audacity this company has. After paying £500 first initial payment and monthly payments of over £400 - they sent an email asking for documents which was provided accordingly. Apparently a contract of employment and payslip is not sufficient evidence to prove my employment as a barber. After going back and forth for the past couple days they have decided today to cancel my policy after 1 week of purchasing it and will only refund me £100 of my initial deposit, that will also take up to 30 days for the refund. Appealing customer service although I cannot blame the broker as they are not the ones insuring me but nevertheless very unhappy with the actual insurance company. I feel as though I have been robbed broad daylight. I have genuine PTSD from this experience with insurance companies. Please stay away from this company.

   Rip off!!!! The only ones that do food delivery insurance other than Zego, take full advantage, after cancelling still want a month's worth installment, considering taken 2 in first month, you don't even earn as much do stay clear, stick to business insurance!!

   Steal money from you, add BOGIS CHARGES OF 50 QUID TO YOUR BILL, never take the money when there supposed too and ene up charging u late fees. AVOID THIS COMPANY, I'd rather get Corona that suffer anymore with this bs company any longer. Sooner my no claims is complete I'm OUTTA HERE., never looking back .
