   Quick response and friendly approach. The service itself was poor. The report said our boiler was beyond economical repair and needs replacing (faulty heat exchange, sump, electrodes, seals and air vent. Quote for new boiler was £2250. Another engineer denied most of the faulty parts and fixed it within half an hour. It turned out to be a common issue with an easy fix. It cost me £60 instead. I wouldn't recommend.

   You pay for experience in this world and Paul didn’t disappoint. We’ve had a leak in the kitchen that looked like having to rip out kitchen units. Dreaded it to be honest and the cost it could have entailed. Thankfully, an honest tradesman, credit where credits due. Fixed in 10 mins and call out charge only. Very happy

I contacted Paul and he was exceptionally helpful in both his advice and recommendations. Very personable and did a great job with the shower and tap fitting. I've now got PB Plumbing saved in my phone as I don't intend to go anywhere else. Thanks Paul!
