    A really good company with friendly professional staff. Dale came to my home and we talked about what I wanted to achieve. It was great to be able to ask questions and take advice. The work was done on time to a high standard at a fair price. It is a victorian house with no straight walls. All problems were overcome by Craig 1, Craig 2, and Ash. When I was let down by another company, potentially derailing my schedule, DTS stepped in and picked up the slack. I was always able to get hold of the backroom people who relayed messages and explained things to me if I did not understand. I would thoroughly recommend DTS as a company that does a good job offers great customer service and which can be trusted.

    I wasn't going to leave a review but I feel other people should be aware of the experience we've had with DTS plumbing. We paid around £3,500 for a new shower installation about 2 years ago now, and we've had nothing but problems with it. They've come out to fix the dodgy shower about 6 or 7 times now, even had to get a decorator in to resolve a leak that was caused by insufficient grouting. Door is still leaking and honestly I'm sick of dealing with them. I've been on the phone to them close to 40 times in the two years, and the shower is still not satisfactory. In reality, the whole thing needs to be refitted (even one of the guys said so) and they are only doing patch repairs when they do come to 'sort it'. I don't know if I've had an unusual experience with them, but honestly it's been beyond horrendous!

    Honestly such a good company and a relief to find a good, honest plumber. Never had such a thorough boiler service. Great communication, on time, clean, reasonably priced. Jamie Braes was assigned to our job and was polite and friendly and did a great job.

    We've had DTS out now for a few separate jobs now - a leaking toilet repair, a new shower/bath combo tap fitting and a boiler service. Every time we've used them someone has been sent out promptly and the job has been completed to a high standard and quality. All communications with the office and the workmen have been very friendly and helpful, offering us advice and detailed visibility over what work has taken place. I doubt we'll look elsewhere when we more work doing, as they're great value and seem reliable.

    Fantastic service.When this company replaced some radiators last year we signed up to their plumbing and boiler cover with a 50% saving on what we were paying a national company Our diverter valve failed meaning we had no hot water . Rang the out of hours number and Dale came at 10.00am on a Saturday morning. Checked the issue was the valve went to local Screwfix picked up a new one and fitted it all within an hour. I cannot fault the service we have received and love the fact we are paying a local business. Thanks DTS Plumbing

    Don't be taken in by all the amazing reviews. I had a terrible experience with this company! Please read the full review for all the details. I contacted DTS to disconnect a sink. During the appointment: - My washing machine was disconnected without my knowledge. - The pipework was cut off too low at the isolation valves (making future work difficult). - Part of the plastic pipework that was removed linked to the upstairs waste, which meant I was unable to run the bath, shower or wash my hands in the upstairs bathroom, since this flooded my kitchen cabinet with dirty water. This also meant I wasn't able to wash myself or my kids (and we are on the priority register) and I couldn't wash my clothes/bedding/towels either. When I contacted the company about my experience, asking for a refund for the work, they refused to accept fault, saying (direct quote) ''Craig is a highly experienced and very conscientious engineer and would not knowingly do these actions which you are claiming''. They also woudn't offer a refund as a different plumber had since attended to put things right, and said (direct quote) ''we have no way of knowing what exactly he [Craig] has done''. Despite providing photo evidence showing how the sink had been left by their plumber (including the main issue of the disconnected waste) and asking if they would consider a partial refund instead, the company has since refused to answer any emails. I'm attaching the same photos to this review - the photos that this company has ignored. How is this company a Which? Trusted Trader? How are they getting 5 star reviews? It certainly hasn't been my experience. They have only messaged me once - to effectively question the validity of what I've said - and upon providing proof, still won't address my concerns or put things right. This is just not on from a customer perspective - especially after spending £95! As well as posting this review here, I'm going to contact Which? to share my experience, as I feel it can't be legal to leave a customer without properly plumbed waste!

    The lads did a great job installing my kitchen sink and new tap. It wasn't the easiest job due to a difference in size of the old and new sink, the drawers under the sink and gas metre position but it all went smoothly. Face coverings were used at all time and work distancing mesaures were adhered to which was professional to see. Can't fault them at all, pleased with the final result.

    Love these Guys.They fitted our boiler a few years ago and it's been great ever since. They do the annual boiler service and have done a few other jobs for us recently. They are good value and their communication is excellent. Their newsletter and service reminders are sent by timely email. Mostly we love being able to actually use the utility sink now the tap has been changed!
