He was very thorough, efficient and was happy to answer questions around the service and boiler I had whilst he undertook the servicing.    Easy to contact. Professional and friendly in their approach. James gave a good explanation of how our new system works and took care of all of the required registrations for it to ensure the warranty. The installation was quick and mess free. Future required checks will be sent as reminders which is really helpful.

   Very quick to respond and fit my new boiler. As I was out at work it was nice to receive videos on how to work the boiler and thermostat. Very tidy James also took a look at my shower and has offered to fit a replacement free for me which is incredible. Would definitely recommend

   I have used JCS on several occasions, to repair the boilers, In the properties I rent out. James has always responded promptly to my calls and messages, got round in good time to get the job done. And done all repairs at competitive prices. I can't fault the service. I would definitely recommend JCS plumbing and heating, and would 100% use them again in the future.

   James & Ash installed a new boiler & replaced several radiators for me. They were friendly, professional & efficient. I received a quote on the same day as the initial visit & the invoice & guarantee on the same day they completed the job. The job was completed in one day rather than the day & a half anticipated. I was kept well informed of what was happening & when. The system was fully checked after installation & everything left clean & tidy. I would definitely recommend JCS Plumbing & Heating.    I arranged for James to repair my elderly cousin’s boiler but as I don’t live locally I couldn’t be there. James sent me photos of the work he had done, rang to explain the repair and also sent me a photo of my cousin looking very happy now his heating and hot water was back working.    We had a new Combi boiler system installed and the old one taken out by James. The old boiler was almost immediately taken away by the scrap metal merchant whom James knew. James explained in detail what the plan of the work was going to be as he went along and answered any questions I put to him and was really friendly all the way. His workmanship was very professional and very clean and he was genuinely interested in his work and towards customer satisfaction.
