Absolutely fantastic service and Ryan is absolutely lovely to speak to. Made everything clear and easy to understand while still making the call enjoyable rather than a chore. I never thought I'd say it but thanks to Ryan, I got very excited about getting insured. However, he is a Liverpool supporter so I was tempted to take a star off, but he's so lovely I couldn't bring myself to do it. So he gets off with his poor taste this time.
Jamie was absolutely amazing. He explained anything we needed to know in clear detail, even tested me on it! He was honest, and explained detail by it being relatable - I just thought he really knew his stuff and has helped me get the right policy for what I need in my life. Had a lovely conversation with Wyatt. He was very thorough with explaining all the option there were, and helped give me the best option, which was suitable for my mum with such an affordable price for all the things in which the insurance covered. He’s more than happy to answer any questions you have. After finalising everything over the phone he made sure I was aware of the next steps that were to follow and reassured me that if anything I should give him call.
