   I have nothing but praise for Turners Accident Repair Doncaster. They were my appointed Insurers repairer and from beginning to end it was first class. My vehicle was collected and returned when they said it would be, more importantly, the quality of the repair was AMAZING. My car had been hit hard with rear end damage - when it was returned, you wouldn't have known it had had been in accident. Honestly, it was like brand new again (for which I'm immensely grateful). Communication was excellent, extremely polite, professional and I was kept up to date throughout with progress - absolutely no complaints and I wish other companies had the same fabulous customer service as Turners. Turners - you're doing a great job!!! A Big thank you from me :)))

   Fabulous customer service. From pick up of my car at home for repair to completing I was kept fully updated at every stage. Highly delighted with smooth pick up process and the repair of the car.    Excellent service from Turners accident repair. I was told initially by another garage that my car would not be viable to fix however these guys did a wonderful job. They kept in touch with me throughout the process and their app proved reliable too. My car looks as good as new and I had that new car feeling when I drove away in it today.    They took great care of my care and the repair was really good I had a courtesy car for the whole time also the repair update system is very good the only thing for me was after I got my car back it had some sticky stuff around the wheel arches but that was nothing the staff are friendly

   If your insurance Company tries sending you through these ask for another a garage. Been waiting a total of 5 months for them to look at my car for repairs. Zero contact throughout the process and apparently just the generic answer of await8ng for parts.

   Receptionists are professional and friendly, the rest is rubbish. Two attempts to repair my vehicle, I refused to take it back a third time. The guy I spoke with was rude and snappy. Next time you insure your car check that these are not the approved repairers. Oh and they use plenty of your fuel.

   The singularly worst car repair experience I've had. Despite being advised (Before booking, and 3 times since) that the car was needed back today. After being with them for over a week for a simple bumper replacement it's not going to happen. Requested several times and was told yesterday they'd got a note for it to be finished today, yet still had to chase it up myself. The website is useless as it's been at 10% progress for 3 days. Wish I'd not bothered having it done and certainly wouldn't recommended them.

   My car was repaired in just 4 days! The lady at the front desk (I'm so sorry I cant recall your name, blonde with glasses and very smiley) was so so helpful and accommodating. She arranged every step around me and made sure I was looked after. She even offered to wait for me so I could collect my car after I finished work. The condition my car was returned to me in was unbelievable it looks brand new. I honestly could cry I'm so happy and pleased with it. Every staff member I interacted with was very friendly and professional. The best service I've recieved in a long time. Thank you so much!
