South Yorkshire police used mvs recovery to recover my stolen car, I had nothing but hassle with them, entitled staff that couldn’t care less about giving you any help or level of service. Constantly calling them with no help and just been told no to everything, no communication skills at all, then finally told I can come collect my property after me calling for 3 weeks saying I need the stuff, to be made to wait over a hour to have access to the car to get my stuff out of, I did ask if I needed to make an appointment to get to the car they told me to show up inbetween 9-5 and someone would be-able to give me access, no mention of waiting for a hour! just excuse after excuse and nothing is in there hands or Responsibility, asked to speak to owner and she couldn’t care less either that there had been no level of service just blamed the police, should be ashamed, if your going to take a contract on stolen car recovery you would think you and your staff would have some sort of empathy to the situation but obviously this company is just about money!!!
The company it's called Motor Vehicle Service and it's a place hard to find because they display the short name of the company MVS +Recovery.... so definitely not what looking for .the short name gives no clue it can be that what you are looking for.
Travelled 90minutes to get to this business to pick car up what had been recovered by them selves, to be told on arrival that we could not collect our car as the women who puts keys away had left 15minutes early & that the shut at 4oclk even thou we arrived there at 3:55 & says on there website closing time is 17:30 and there was nothing the bloke we spoke to called Tim could do because he had only been working there a week, very unprofessional if ya ask me
