Really fast and efficient service, diagnosed and repaired our washer dryer with a new part within days. Would definitely recommend and use again
When the dryer broke Andrew came out promptly & said the motor had gone & wasnt in stock. This I thought was fine but after 3 months I gave up after texting twice to chase up the motor.Called Hoover who sent someone out with a motor in the van in 2 days fixed it & couldnt believe the price we had been quoted. Would be a 1 star review but in the 3 months our oven heating element broke & Andrew came up the next day & changed it so good for some jobs but not dryers.
Fab service from Andrew who came within a few hours of my call about our dishwasher. Fixed efficiently with a thorough explanation of what the problem was. A lovely chap too. Would definitely recommend.
My dishwasher died on me yesterday. I rang Andrew and within 2 hours he was here. He was extremely knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the problem. Unfortunately the part needed is no longer available ( the dishwasher is very old). Andrew was really helpful in advising me regarding the fitting of a new machine etc. I would highly recommend A.L.B and would definitely use them again.
Excellent service. My Rangemaster ovens were tripping the electrics, turned out to be the grill elements. I called them on Thursday, they came on Friday, identified the problem, ordered the parts & fitted them on Tuesday. Very reasonable charges. Highly recommended,
