Great customer service. Fantastic job on the body work. Looked brand new. Even allowed me to drop the car off at the weekend and pickup the following weekend, as I had difficulty getting time off work to drop off/pick up the week. Will be using them again.
Unfortunately the experience was not as good as initially expected. Read other reviews and so thought it would be a good place to get some minor repairs done here. Owner did the initial quote and gave me a good price in matching with other reputable companies. I was informed the bottom half of my boot lid would be completely repainted and I would need new badges. I agreed and dropped the car off. Asked for 2 days to do the job. When picking up the car, I did a little inspection and found that only one side of boot lid was done and they completely missed the other side which needed doing and other points were missed too. When I asked the guy who gave me my keys back what work was done, he told me he wasn't sure and no one seemed to know what work was actually done. The lack of checks are concerning. The owner asked me to come back another day and he would sort if out. I had to cancel a work shift just so I can get this work done. The work was done but a couple of areas were still missed. I was told I would get a refund for the badge but I called in 8 times over 5 weeks to chase it up but kept being told the secretary isnt in call back tomorrow or the owner will send the money but didn't do until the 5th week. Overall I am really very disappointed with the experience and compared to how good the owner was at the start, everything else feel well short of the standard.
A picture paints a 1000 words! Went to John Bee, got a quote for a door repair. Was offered a full panel respray or alternatively a cheaper chip repair and polish out. The latter seemed a reasonable quote compared to the cost of the full door respray. Booked the car in and dropped it off for the day. Returned to collect the car to find the repair shown in the picture. I reached out to them as the quality of the repair was not what I was expecting. They did say they were going to look into what happened, apparently the chip repair guy did not show up. However, they never contacted me again ! They don't seem to care about their reputation so now I post this negative review.
Anton is a top man! I had my bumper replaced here and I can unquestionably say the work is flawless. The team is warm and offered a really good price! Highly recommend! Thank you for a fantastic job!
Can’t recommend these guys enough. Fast and friendly service, great communication throughout, really competitive quotes. Would definitely use again if I had another scrape or dent on my car.
Recently took our car Mercedes C class that had been hit by an articulated lorry at the back end causing lots of damage! Insurance told us because of age of car it would be wrote off! However a friend recommended John bee who we rang and they came out to look at the damage who said they could repair it. They quoted and had our car in for two weeks and ‘Wow’ what a fantastic job that has been done! Our car looks like new again. Very professional great service. Excellent customer service! Honest, reliable and trustworthy. So happy I decided to take my car for a quote. Mercedes quoted me nearly £2k for something John did at a fraction of the price. Elite level service from Anton and the team at John Bee. Took my car for a repair after I had been in an accident and my insurance were taking far too long to sort it. Within days I had a quote (which was scarily accurate without seeing the car in person) and the car collected. 1 week later the car is repaired to an amazing standard and drives better than it did before. Anton and Sonia kept regular contact with updates and even pushed to get it done early so I could have it back in time for Christmas!
