   We called Ricki as an emergency for one of our properties, he responded very quickly within 15 minutes and he was very professional. Our radiator was leaking water and he rectified the situation quickly and efficiently. He followed it up with a report and also spoke to us about the support he could offer for other properties we had in an emergency. We would definitely use this service again.
