Matt Spencer delivered an excellent job from start to finish. From advice on the phone and at my home regarding installation, fire design advice, correct Stove choice for inset etc then to a first class installation to the highest standard. Over the moon, can’t recommend Matt and his team highly enough.
Matts done great job with changing our boiler, changed all pipes and wires. Everything looks nice and tidy compare to how it was before. Highly recommended⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Matt was excellent at completed work for us - he replaced our radiators installing brand new ones, completed a boiler service and laid new pipework for our downstairs. provided excellent service when our boiler broke in February. I spoke to Matt who was very helpful and knowledgeable and came out the same day to assess the issue, due to the boiler's age, a replacement was needed. Matt provided a quote (very reasonably priced) and prioritised our installation within a couple of weeks. professional, tidy, and explained everything thoroughly. I highly recommend him and will definitely be using again. Thanks also to Dave who fitted the new radiators we also had installed at the same time excellent service all round.
Matt fitted me a new boiler in my loft area, which involved a lot of pipe work, from the change from old boiler in the previous kitchen space, a new logic combi boiler with halo. Because Matt did this job in good time this meant I was able to push on with my kitchen upgrade. A quality job and again very happy with the finished result. Will use Matt again for all future plumbing work required. Matt also fitted my bathroom and did all the tiling work - and did a great job, the finished look I am very happy with. Not an easy task for the tiling, as I chose small Metro tiles, so there was a lot of work to do to get these on the wall and grouted. Again, extremely pleased with the finished result and look.
Matt fitted our heating/hot water boiler. Our boiler is in the loft, he covered the floor & stairs with mats to the loft. A very clean & tidy installation. Had Halo heating control which he helped me set up, (you can turn the heating on when not at home from your phone). Professional installation would definitely recommend.

Came out to do a quote on the day he booked us in which is very rare these days and the quote came back promptly and was a fair and competitive price. When Matthew started the job he was very careful around the house, protecting floors everywhere he went and cleaned up to a high standard when finished. He puts a lot of care into his work and overall has made a real top job of moving our cylinder and upgrading our shower. Would recommend to anyone and will be using him again.
My central heating broke down in this last really cold spell. Matt was very responsive to my emergency. He called the same day and was thorough in diagnosing the problem. Although he couldn't fix the problem that evening, he arranged for someone to call the next day. My heating is now working and I couldn't be more grateful. I found both Matt and Richie to be professional, very knowledgeable and considerate.
Matt was such a great help with our plumbing and boiler emergency. He came round to our house with urgency, and was incredibly supportive and help us find a reasonable way to replace our boiler. He explained everything perfectly, and thankfully we didn’t have to suffer cold showers too long as he rushed our job through. This was incredibly helpful considering how cold the weather has been. We would recommend Matt to anyone and everyone. He is very kind, polite and professional and all work was completed to a very high standard.
