STAY AWAY! Summarized....they change my clutch in Feb. 2025, I had to come back another 4 times afeter they changed the clutch for £450. Third time that I had to come back they decided that the problem will solve changing the master and slave cylinders for £330. I came back another time around october, I still have the same problem, I could put the firat gear sometimes. They didn't fix well. I had to come back on 26th Nov because I could put any gear on the motorway...... They found that the piece between clutch and the gearbox was broken (something that they have to check the first time in february and they didn't do it). They wanted to change the full gearbox instead change that part. I asked them videos why I had go change the gearbox and obviously they couldn't send me any video, the women told me that they told me to change the full gearbox because I was in a rush, I didn't want to pay £859 instead £100!!!!!. Stay away, they aren't proffesionals, another garage told me that that piece (clutch fork) needs to check when they change the clutch so if you have problem with your clutch NO do it in this place. They told me that they don't do it becuase they change just the clutch, obviously they need a training about it because they told me that they don't need to do it. Obviously I will put a claim to curtomer service because they tried to scam me. I paid almost £800 and maybe that problem was solved before for less money.

Was great went in for new tyers dident have them in stock. Ordered them In for me they called me next day saying they was in and to pop up 2 get them done. Also the cheapest garage 2 get my tyers from I also asked for a full service quote an its less than the other garages around this is definitely my new go 2 garage for any job on my car. And the staff is so polite and nice. Thankyou.

Wouldn’t recommend. Called three times and spoke to a mechanic to ask about a diagnostic, it was told it’s £25 and that they’re VAT-registered. I sent over my reg as requested and have been waiting three days for a response, even after calling multiple times. If this is how they deal with paying customers, don’t waste your time.

Been with these guys for 10 years, they have always looked after me and repaired my vehicles whether it was my Clio to more luxury cars. Would recommend Krissfix to anyone!

I have used KRISFIX a few times but the most recently I was told over the phone all brakes including calipers would be replaced as well as some suspension arms. I received a quote and dropped off my car. I relay on my car as I am a carer for a family member and I was told it wasn’t looked at by the end of the day. Not only this I then went to collect to find out they didn’t do all the brakes and repairs said over the phone. I assumed maybe the problem was fixed but it wasn’t. I drive 5 minutes down the road and my handbrakes cable popped off (RAC told me this). I had a very stressful evening getting this sorted to be told by RAC that they don’t replace the brakes and had definitely tightened the handbrake cable. Not only this but one of my brakes was completely broken on the back. This should have been picked up and repaired as it was in for brakes. I then rang to discuss this and was told they didn’t touch the rear brakes and it’s “coincidence “. I think not and neither did the RAC. No help was offered whatsoever! I ended up paying the RAC to make the repairs needed to my brakes after spending a fair few hundred at KRISFIX who clearly couldn’t be bothered to A do the work promised and B tried to convince me this was my problem with no sympathy or help

Excellent service. Chris and his colleague not only solved my problem with the DPF at a fair price (while others told me it was not possible or had to spend hundreds of pounds) but were friendly and willing to fix my car even if it meant to go beyond their closing time. They were even willing to help another guy with his car despite it was almost 8 pm. They would deserve 10 stars if this option was available.
