Had 2 small but continuous leaks from cisterns over flowing, said he would attend 5 times, did not attend 5 times, did not let me know he was not coming 5 times, very inconsiderate, very expensive - single lady, pensioner, on a water meter, wish he'd just said job too small not interested at the outset, and I could have asked someone else straight away, instead of a week, and gallons of water later. In reply to your comment that you know nothing about this job. It just shows how interested you were in helping, and how insignificant my plumbing problem was. 23rd June you said you could do the job. 24th June you said you would come following day - 25th. The 25th you said you were having an issue with the van ?? I offered to come and collect you, no reply. 26th June I asked if you were coming - you replied see you this afternoon. 26th June 6pm I asked if you were still coming. I missed shopping and a hair dresser appointment waiting for you. Next offer from you was 8am 27th June - guess what - another no show. It was expensive because I am on a water meter with 2 leaks. I have NOT reviewed the wrong Company My review is neither disingenuous nor fabricated I resent the implication. I am trying to warn other people of how reliable Clear Plumbing Solutions is.
Did a great job replacing an external waste pipe at my mum's house at short notice. Friendly service, with good communications and value for money. Highly recommended.
Reached out to Gavin for help fitting a washing machine. He came round within a few days of the initial message and got it up and running for us. Also replaced a couple of broken parts (second hand machine) after noticing them during installation for a very minimal extra cost. Very affordable and great service. Will be contacting him with any issues in future!
We contacted Clear Plumbing Solutions regarding a leaking toilet. Gavin was very helpful and called around the next day. He was able to quickly identify the problem and wasted no time in getting it fixed. We found Gavin to be a very pleasant person to deal with. We would definitely use him again and would highly recommend him to family and friends.
I messaged late Sunday night and Gavin was with us just after 8 on Monday morning (with 30m notice). From the minute I opened the door, Gavin was friendly, polite and professional. We had a leaking tap and he explained all the why/what/hows of a poorly fitted tap from previous owners. He went to get a new tap and was back within 40mins to finish the job. We had another small issue with the washing machine that he kindly looked at and sorted out for us. Guarantee for work and paper receipt was provided and we couldn't be happier with the service we received. Will recommend and definitely use again. 5 ⭐️
Leak in kitchen lead to ceiling collapsing, had another company come out charge £90 for the radiator which they said was the leak. Wasn’t the leak, refused to come out further. Gavin came out quick, friendly and informative, happy to explain the process to a curious person like myself. Made me aware of options, and the best solutions to keep budget friendly. Highly recommend for future usage
I had an underground water leak, but did not know the exact location. Gav was exceptional. He located the leak without causing any major damage to the flooring. He was very honest and a very hard worker. You don't get many honest traders anymore. I can confidently say that you will not be ripped off from this exceptional plumber.
