   Mark replaced a metal thermostat that had broken 6 months ago. The first thermostat replacement was plastic, when I tried to turn it off the whole thing spun around. Mark came back to replace the thermostat with a metal one. I recently noticed that again the thermostat has broken and I sent Mark a photo. 3 days later after prompting Mark for a response, he told me "I understand what you are saying but it hasn't just broken/ snapped on its own and you can't be expecting me to cancel customers who have booked me in to swap this for free. It would have to be chargeable as the manufacture will not accept this part back in that state as warranty claim". This was later followed up with a laughing emoji to the photo I sent. To say I'm offended would be an understatement, I also completely shocked by how unprofessional, disrespectful and petulant the response to the issue has been - please do take the time to see other reviews other than Google 30/12 - it transpires Mark changed the thermostat head only so the bottom part which was very stiff snapped the thermostat again. Mark charged us for this service then said we had damaged it and would have to pay again; very unprofessional and dishonest service. We're also advised the thermostat was leaking which is why the top part weakened..all of this effected the expansion tank which is why we're now having issues and had a plumber to come and rectify the whole mess that we paid for!

   Mark has done a number of plumbing jobs for us from fitting a new boiler to adding an additional radiator in our conservatory. He always does an excellent job, works efficiently and charges a reasonable price. It's so great to have found a reliable tradesman who does such good quality work. Highly recommended.

   Had my full bathroom replaced by Mark and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. He was easy to deal with, turned up when he said he would, and kept me updated throughout the whole job. The quality of the work is excellent—everything looks great and works perfectly. He was tidy, respectful of the house, and clearly took pride in what he did. Noise was kept to a minimum and I felt confident in leaving him in the house on his own. The new bathroom has completely transformed the space, and I couldn’t be more pleased. Would definitely recommend him to anyone thinking about getting a bathroom done.

   Mark replaced my old combi boiler, with a more efficient one. Arrived on time and worked proficiently, just gets on with the job in hand. Work completed and finished to a high standard. Everything explained to my satisfaction. He has done several smaller jobs for me and would highly recommend him.

   Two little jobs from Mark, very helpful, competent and tidy. I am a handy DIY guy and could have attempted the work, but sometimes it just makes sense to get the professionals in. I was really happy with the effort he put in and the price of the job. Great value for money. I will use again for future work.

   Mark and team have just completed retiling of our kitchen, fitted a new ceiling and installed a new boiler including new pipework for a fantastic price and to excellent standards. We've used Walker Heating Services before for a new bathroom and will be using them next time we need any work doing. Cannot recommend enough.
