    Smartflow carried out some very complicated pipework for us to try and improve our water flow. They worked tirelessly to overcome every obstacle which included liaising with numerous neighbours, tracking pipes that disappeared under people's extensions and, where necessary laying new pipes and installing new stopcocks to ensure everyone was kept connected. Communication with the office and the workmen was excellent throughout and we were very happy with the results, as were our neighbours.

    Mark arrived at our rearranged appointment on time and did a thorough investigation of the source of our leak. We agreed that he needed to cut a hole in our kitchen ceiling, which revealed the source of the leak. He found a spare part and quoted the total price for the repair, which is exactly what I paid. He covered our surfaces and cleaned thoroughly after completing the repair. I thoroughly recommend this company and will use them again for plumbing or gas issues.

    Josh. T. Sorted out our leaking radiator ended up having to change the valve. Was respectful of our home wore protective boot coverings to protect the carpet. He had rang in advance so we knew of his arrival which was earlier than expected. Repair was done within a hour and he checked and sorted the boiler pressure. Very professional and polite. Would highly recommend the company

    Mark was professional, experienced, polite and cheery. There was a fault in our system and we were without heating and hot water, it had been -3 outside that day! Mark promptly and confidently diagnosed the problem and replaced the broken pump without any mess at all! He even wore carpet protectors over his boots which I really appreciated as this doesn’t always happen with some company’s. I had a warming house and running hot water by the time he left (approx 1hr) I could not be more grateful :)

Mark the engineer rang to advise he would be at the property in 30mins.He arrived at the time he said he would and was respectful of my property and wore protective covers over his work boots before walking on any carpet. He carried out the service quickly and efficiently and was a lovely friendly guy
