   Had to wait two days before this “service” company could arrange a visit - which was on Christmas Eve. Telephoned them that morning and they assured me that an engineer would call. Waited in all day on Christmas Eve but nobody came and nobody contacted me and still haven’t, six days later. Absolutely beyond useless - don’t touch them with a bargepole! They will leave you without heating and hot water over Christmas.

   This is their quotation for the replacement of a faulty immersion heater. 2 men 3 hours @ £35 per hour £210inc Thermtec immersion heater £326.40 inc Total £536.40inc Laughable. Employ this firm at your own risk.

   I called these guys with a boiler issue. They came out straight away and fixed the problem with no parts . The expansion vessel had deflated and the engineer tested it and fixed it . He was polite, knowledgeable and explained everything clearly . He was clean, smart and left our home exactly as he found it. I would recommend this this company to anyone. Good people are hard to find and these certainly are good people . Keep up the good work
