   We received an excellent and efficient service from Blue Flame today. We have a boiler maintenance plan with them that covers an annual service and repairs. On finding our boiler not operating properly this morning ( no central heating) I gave Blue Flame a call. A heating engineer was notified of the problem and arrived a couple of hours later, he successfully found the fault and repaired the boiler. Excellent service from Blue Flame and Steve the engineer! Thank you.

   An appointment had been made for a boiler service at my mums house, Mick was there on time and waited very patiently as i was running a few minutes late. He proceeded to do the service, he was very polite and let me know what he was checking etc. I can highly recommend BlueFlame for their customer service, product knowledge and their reliability.

   Two nights before I was due to fly, our oldish water system developed a leak - Blueflame came out the next morning, identified the problem, fixed it and did a power flush. A very professional service with attention to detail. The engineer was also happy to wear shoe covers while in my home.

   I have the gold plan with Blue Flame and it’s worth every penny. Had a few issues this year and each time they have come the next day and sorted the issue quickly and efficiently. Dan and Mick came today and we’re done in half an hour no problem. Mick has done a few repairs now and each time has been professional and provided excellent service. Would strongly recommend.
