Stay away from this Fraud company. Worst fraudulent company who’s holding on to our refund of approx £7k since Aug 24 when we cancelled our policy after the 1st inspection; even though we agreed to pay the inspection charges. I emailed and called countless times but no one takes accountability. Greg Williams some senior manager promised our refund in Aug 24 but now he’s impossible to get hold of. I have tried to escalate the matter several times / complained but no response. Receptionist always say they have passed the message for a call back to Greg and senior managers to process a refund but I don’t hear anything from them. I have waited for months but now I have run out of patience hence posting this. I have never come across such an unprofessional company who I think is a complete fraud. If you call them about new business, they are quick to call back but completely ignore you if you are due a refund. Pay more with reputable company and stay clear of Compariqo. Complete fraud.

Awful company, was miss- sold a 10yr structural warranty. Turned our to be a 6yr PCC that the mortgage lender wouldn't accept. Got strung along and had to pay for another company to put a warranty on the build and lost all my money to compariqo! Awful to get hold of and no accountability. Stay well clear!

Company have had building control sign off for 2 months and have not issued the new build warranties. Nobody is accountable for their actions either. Impossible to work with and provide false promises consistently.

BEWARE!! This Company is out to stitch you up!! I asked for a 'Structural Warranty' insurance cover and they conned me into PAYING for a PCC certificate which is not worth the paper it's written on. I can't stress enough...STAY WELL CLEAR and find another reputable company that will suit your requirements.
